Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 packet Cousin Tony's ™ Peppercorn Parmesan Dip and Cheeseball Mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart, about 8 minutes
- Drain excess fat and set beef aside
- In the same skillet add onion and mushrooms over medium heat
