Peppercorn Parmesan Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Peppercorn Parmesan Grilled Pork Tenderloin

There's something about the combination of bold peppercorn heat and the sharp, nutty bite of Parmesan that transforms a simple cut of pork into something truly memorable. At Cousin Tony's, we've perfected this pairing, and we're excited to share how you can recreate this restaurant-quality dish in your own kitchen.

Pork tenderloin is one of the most forgiving proteins to cook—it's lean, cooks quickly, and takes on flavors beautifully. When you pair it with our signature peppercorn seasoning and fresh Parmesan, you get a dish that's elegant enough for a dinner party but simple enough for a weeknight meal.

Why Pork Tenderloin?

Pork tenderloin is the ideal canvas for bold seasonings. It's naturally mild, which means your spice blend becomes the star. The meat is also tender by nature, so you don't need to worry about tough, chewy results. A quick sear on the grill followed by gentle heat creates a beautiful crust while keeping the inside juicy and tender.

The Magic of Peppercorn and Parmesan

Peppercorn brings heat and complexity—not just spice, but a subtle earthiness that deepens the flavor profile. Parmesan adds umami richness and a slight saltiness that enhances every bite. Together, they create a seasoning blend that's sophisticated without being overwhelming.

Grilling Tips for Success

Start with a clean, well-oiled grill grate to prevent sticking. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Pat your tenderloin dry before seasoning—this helps the crust develop properly. Sear the meat for 3-4 minutes per side to lock in juices, then move it to a cooler zone of the grill to finish cooking through. Use a meat thermometer to hit an internal temperature of 145°F for perfectly cooked, slightly pink pork.

Let your finished tenderloin rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, ensuring every slice stays moist and flavorful.

Serving Suggestions

Slice your grilled tenderloin and serve it alongside fresh vegetables, crusty bread, or a light salad. A squeeze of fresh lemon brightens the dish, while a drizzle of quality olive oil adds richness. For a complete meal, pair it with grilled asparagus or roasted potatoes.

Cousin Tony's Peppercorn Parmesan seasoning is crafted to bring restaurant-quality flavor to your grill. Whether you're cooking for two or hosting a crowd, this simple yet impressive dish is sure to become a favorite.
