Peppercorn Parmesan Baked Chicken Thighs
There's something about a perfectly seasoned chicken thigh that makes dinner feel special—crispy skin, tender meat, and flavors that make your guests ask for the recipe. Today, we're sharing our go-to method for Peppercorn Parmesan Baked Chicken Thighs, a dish that's elegant enough for company but simple enough for a weeknight.
Why Chicken Thighs?
Chicken thighs are the unsung hero of the kitchen. Unlike breasts, they stay juicy and forgiving, even if you're not timing things perfectly. The higher fat content means more flavor, and when you bake them skin-on, you get that restaurant-quality crispy exterior we all crave.
The Magic of the Right Seasoning
The foundation of this dish is a bold, balanced seasoning blend. Cracked peppercorn brings heat and complexity, while Parmesan adds umami depth and helps create that golden, savory crust. Together, they transform simple chicken into something memorable.
Serving Suggestions
Serve alongside roasted vegetables, a fresh green salad, or crusty bread to soak up the pan drippings. A squeeze of fresh lemon brightens everything up, and a simple side of garlic aioli takes it over the top.
This recipe proves that great food doesn't need to be complicated—just quality ingredients, proper technique, and seasoning you can trust. Give it a try and let us know how it turns out.
