Why Peppercorn Parmesan Works

The combination of cracked peppercorn and aged Parmesan creates a seasoning profile that's both bold and refined. The peppercorn adds a gentle heat and peppery bite, while the Parmesan brings savory depth and a hint of nuttiness. Together, they transform simple slow-cooked pork into something special—the kind of dish that makes people ask for your recipe.
