Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 packet Cousin Tony's ™ Peppercorn Parmesan Dip and Cheeseball Mix
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, diced onion, and the full packet of Cousin Tony's Peppercorn Parmesan mix in a large bowl
  3. Mix until just combined — do not overmix
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a rimmed baking sheet or press into a loaf pan
