- 1 package Cousin Tony’s ™ Roasted Garlic Dip and Cheeseball Mix
- 3 lb yellow or new potatoes, quartered & peeled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 stick of butter
- Fresh chopped parsley, optional
- Fresh cracked pepper
Directions
- Cook potatoes is boiling water until tender, 10-15 minutes. Drain water and return potatoes to pan.Add remaining ingredients to potatoes. Using a potato masher or a large fork, mash and stir until thoroughly combined. Serve warm with a pat of butter on top with some chopped fresh parsley and cracked pepper, if desired.
