Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 oz Cousin Tony’s ™ Texas Trail Dust ™
  • 2/3 cups Water
  • 8-12 Taco shells (Soft or Hard)
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup Diced Onion (optional)
  • ½ cup Sour Cream (optional)
  • Salsa or Hot Sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Sprinkle in the full 1 oz of Cousin Tony’s ™ Texas Trail Dust ™ . Pour in the 2/3 cup of water.
  4. Stir well and reduce heat to medium. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.
  5. Heat taco shells according to package instructions (oven or microwave).
  6. Fill each shell with seasoned meat. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and your favorite extras.
